Warsaw's public transport is cheap, clean and easy. Here's what you need to know to move around the centre and to and from the stations and airports.
One integrated network (ZTM) covers trams, buses and two metro lines. The centre is also very walkable.
Buy a single (20- or 75-minute) or a 24-hour ticket from machines, the app, or onboard, and validate when you board. The same ticket works across trams, buses and metro.
Bus 175 and trains link Chopin Airport to the centre; Modlinbus serves Modlin. Warszawa Centralna is the main rail hub, one stop from Nowy Świat.
Hopping on trams is easier without luggage. Store your bags at Nowy Świat 22 and travel light around the city.
