    Where can I store my luggage in Warsaw?
    In the very centre, at Nowy Świat 22 (inside Przystanek Pierogarnia, look for the yellow sign). Bags are taken in by staff, so locker size is never a limit. From 20 zł per item per day — book online in 30 seconds or simply walk in.
    Where can I leave my bags in Warsaw late at night?
    With us — we're open every day from 10:00 AM until 03:00 AM, weekends and holidays included. That's later than the station lockers, so you can collect your bags after dinner, a concert or before a night bus.
    How much does luggage storage in Warsaw cost?
    20 zł for a small bag, 25 zł standard and 35 zł large — per item, per started day. Unusual items are priced individually on site.
    Can I pay by card, or do I need cash?
    Card, BLIK, Google Pay and Apple Pay work when you book online (PayU). On site we take cash only, ideally the exact amount. Cancellation is free.
    Are my bags safe?
    Yes. The premises are under 24/7 CCTV with access control. Every bag gets a tag with your PIN and we hand it back only when that code is given. Please don't leave valuables (cash, jewellery, electronics) in your luggage — the Terms set out the rules and liability limits.
    Do you take a large suitcase, skis or a bike?
    Yes. We store backpacks, suitcases of any size, skis, bikes, strollers and sports gear — locker size is not a limit here. Large items are 35 zł per item per day.
    How far are you from Warsaw Central Station and the Old Town?
    About 1.5 km from Warsaw Central Station — a 15-minute walk along Aleje Jerozolimskie or a few minutes by public transport. Nowy Świat-Uniwersytet metro (M2) is 50 m away, and the Old Town Square is a 15-minute stroll up the Royal Route.
    Do you speak English?
    Yes. We serve customers in Polish and English on site, and the website and online booking are available in 23 languages.
